Al Rakad Law Firm was founded in 1998 in Riyadh City, for the purpose of practicing advisory and legal consultations. It renders all types of legal-related services involving companies’ registration, agencies, trademarks, patents, and intellectual property fields, in addition to preparing contracts and agreements for foreign investors.

Among other services rendered by Al Rakad Law Firm, the office provides support and legal representation in commercial, administrative, criminal and laborer-related cases and law suits filed before Sharia courts, Board of Grievance, Ministry of Commerce, Legal and Labor Committees, Chamber of Commerce and Commercial Arbitration Centers. A special department is allocated for handling financial cases. Our target is to provide professional integrated legal services.
